I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and production before your order ships.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped via DHL. International orders are shipped depending on the shipping center.

Uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) can cause delivery delays. While most packages arrive on time, delays may occur with our carriers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time; delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Will I receive a tracking number?
We offer tracking for every order. Tracking is available once your product has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order for the cancellation to take effect. If the item has already been shipped, please send an email to support@goodsmarket.store. Simply send us an email with “CANCELLATION” in the subject line.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS!
If you misspelled your address or it was automatically entered, simply reply to your order confirmation and provide the correct information. Notify us immediately by email at support@goodsmarket.store. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED.
We ship every item with extra padding. However, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1,000 products arrive damaged due to postal service issues.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

– Your order number.

– a photo of the damaged product.

Once received, we will be happy to send you a new product free of charge.
